Refund and Cancellation Policy

GATEIIT – Indian Institute of Tutorials (GATEIIT), Bengaluru

1. General Terms

By enrolling in any course, program, or service (including but not limited to online classes, offline classes, hybrid programs, video lectures, study material, test series, or one-on-one tuition) offered by GATEIIT, the student and/or guardian agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

GATEIIT follows a strict No Refund Policy under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Discontinuation or voluntary withdrawal from any course, class, or program (online/offline).
  • Non-attendance or absenteeism in scheduled sessions.
  • Change of mind, change in schedule, or dissatisfaction with teaching methodology or faculty.
  • Personal, health-related, family, professional, or academic priorities.
  • Technical issues at the student’s end (e.g., internet failure, software/device issues) in case of online learning.
  • Delay in accessing content due to unforeseen technical or operational factors.

Once the fee is paid, it is non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

3. Non-Transferability

  • Course fees and admissions are non-transferable between students, programs, batches, or centers.
  • Admission or registration cannot be shifted to another branch, batch, or course without prior written approval from GATEIIT management.
  • Any such request will be at the sole discretion of GATEIIT and does not guarantee approval or refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Once admission is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellation is not permitted.
  • Any request for course cancellation will not entitle the student to any refund, credit note, or service exchange.
  • No prorated or partial refunds will be considered, even in cases of mid-course withdrawal.

5. Course Access Policy

  • For online video lectures, recorded sessions, or digital content, once access is granted, it cannot be revoked or refunded.
  • Any attempt to share, replicate, distribute, or misuse GATEIIT’s digital learning material will lead to immediate termination of access and may invite legal consequences.

6. Batch & Faculty Allocation

  • GATEIIT reserves the full right to re-assign batch schedules, faculty, or the mode of class delivery (offline/online/hybrid) based on internal management decisions, operational feasibility, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Such changes shall not qualify for refunds or course cancellation claims.

7. Technical & Infrastructure Requirements

  • Students are expected to ensure their own readiness in terms of internet, device, software, and physical infrastructure before enrolling in online programs.
  • GATEIIT will provide standard tech support guidance, but it is not responsible for individual connectivity or hardware issues.

8. Communication for Queries

If you still wish to raise a concern or submit a formal request regarding refund or cancellation (even though strictly non-refundable), you may write an email clearly explaining your issue to the below official email addresses:

Kindly include your full name, registered mobile number, enrolled course name, payment details, Fees Receipt and a brief reason for the request.
Note: Submission of request does not imply eligibility or approval for refund.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal disputes, claims, or concerns—whether related to admissions, payments, services, teaching quality, or content delivery—shall be governed solely by the laws applicable in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka only, regardless of the student’s residential or learning location (online anywhere from the world or offline in Bengaluru in a institute).
